Into Christmas around the World! It's J week!

Our annual Christmas around the World Nativity Celebration is happening on the 11th of December at 6:15pm. It's a free community event with mince pies, hot chocolate and a festive sing along. Our participants, volunteers and horses tell the Christmas story in the arena, and there's even a visit from Santa. We hope to see you there! Please wrap up warm!

Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity will soon be hosting their Christmas Star Concert (Christmas Star Concert | BWHC). Their sponsor has generously provided a number of tickets for them to share with community groups free of charge. Join RDA Mid West Volunteer Team?

The Mid West Regional Committee has some vacancies - If you have an interest (and some specific relevance/ qualification/skill in the area needed) please do let Rachel know if you may be interested in joining the committee and you can have a chat and see if the position would be a good fit for you/the committee. If you email the Centre we can pass your interest on to Rachel.

The roles are regional level but there are some possible occasions when you would need to be involved with working groups etc at RDAUK but mainly it is a supporting role within the region.  The roles are in line with all RDAUK positions and the tenure of such a role is for a 3 year period with chance to extend for a further period of 3 years up to 9 years service. They meet approximately 3 times a year in person normally at a fairly easy to reach village hall just off the M4, they meet for the morning meeting which does take about 2/3 hours and then generally stay for a soup and cheese lunch to chat amongst ourselves etc.
