1. Deposits are all non-refundable.

2. The balancing payment is requested 6 weeks before camp. This becomes due 4 weeks before. If people pay earlier but drop out before final balance is due, we will refund the balance.

3. If you change your mind you may sell your own place up to anyone aged 12+ if they can join your chosen discipline and level.

If you fill your space that is great, just let us know asap, because we will need their details. If you can’t sell your place please let us know too and if we sell your space we will refund your balance.

4. If payment is not paid within 4 weeks of camp, people may lose their place at camp and their place will be offered to other people.

5. If you would like to be put on the waiting list, let me know directly on mojca@theavoncentre.org.uk
