Don't forget!

Term starts next week! Lot's of things to share now we're back in the swing of the newsletter, and it's D week, so let's see how we go!

Doing well with the renovation!

The team at West Country Carpentry have been working very hard on our renovation, and the building is looking much more spacious and bright. There will still be some minor works taking place this week, but is won't impact sessions in the arena. We are still looking to source kitchen units and cabinets, if anyone knows a company that might like to support a charity by donating these or some comfy seating for our new café please do send them our way! Once again huge thank you to Bristol City Council for funding the works to make our building more accessible.

Digging for the Win!

Yes, the slogan may be slightly plagiarised from a WW2 slogan, but you try making every headline start with a D and see how original you are!!

The team from Hartnell Taylor Cook did an amazing job this week on their challenge day. They weeded the sensory garden to get it ready for some new plants, heaped piles of horse manure and then made an accessible mud kitchen so wheelchair users can play along too! Our forest school is coming along very nicely! If you'd like to come and volunteer please fill in this form.

Demonstration!

Equine Asthma and Strangles Talk, Wednesday 3/9 7pm-9pm

Come and learn everything about these two conditions directly from the vets from B&W Equine Vets. We will also have a practical demonstration with one of our horses on how to use clicker training to get the horse to use a nebulizer with ease. Demonstration will be led by equine behaviourist Jenny K Hindmarsh.

As with all of our events all proceeds will go to our charity, which supports the Disabled and disadvantaged.

Tickets cost £10 and are available on our website shop.
