Level 2 Customer Services Apprentice

Reception duties:

  1. Answer phone calls in a confident and professional way, respond to customer queries and sign post further support as needed.

  2. Pick up and respond to answerphone messages daily

  3. Meet and greet new riders, parents, volunteers, supporters and other members of the public visiting the Centre, in a warm and welcoming manner.

  4. Respond to email enquiries and signpost further help as needed

 

Communications:

  1. Write and schedule Social Media posts, creating engagement with clients of the Centre and the local community

  2. Respond to Social Media queries

  3. Advertise Centre events and space that can be hired at the Centre (e.g. Arenas, Conference rooms)

 

Digital:

  1. Learn how to use the booking system EC Pro and answer customer queries

  2. Check application forms on Google sheets daily and filter to correct programme

  3. Input general data

  4. Update calendars

 

Finance:

  1. Simple finance processing and recording.

 

Other:

  1. Provide assistance as requested by the Centre Administrator for Centre administrative tasks

  1. Liaise with the Centre Administrator to sell a variety of clothing and other appropriate merchandise/sponsorship.
