Meeting Room​

 

Our spacious meeting room measures 8.5m long by 6m wide and is located on the ground floor, with full wheelchair accessibility. The room is conveniently located close to accessible toilet facilities and a kitchen.

The flexible layout can be configured to suit your requirements:

• Boardroom or horseshoe style: Seats up to 14 people

• Theatre style: Seats up to 40 people

 

The room is equipped with a whiteboard and projector, with HDMI connectivity available for presentations and other digital content.

Free on-site parking is available for all visitors.

The meeting room can be booked directly through our online booking system, ECPRO. Please note that you will need to create an account and add a rider’s profile to access the facility hire page, even if you will not be riding with us.
